Fernando Rufino de Paulo is a Brazilian paracanoe paddler (born 1985). He competes in the VL2 (va'a) and KL2 (kayak) classes. He won Paralympic gold in the VL2 200 m at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, the Tokyo title being Brazil's first ever Paralympic gold medal in canoeing. He is also a multiple ICF Paracanoe World Champion in the VL2 class (2021, 2023, 2024, 2025), with World Championship silver and bronze medals across the VL2 and KL2 events.
