Artur Guliev is an Uzbekistani canoe sprint paddler (born 1997). He specialises in the C1 and C2 classes over 200 m. He is a two-time world champion in the C1 200 m (Duisburg 2023 and Milan 2025), and also won a World Championships bronze in the C2 200 m (Szeged 2019) and an Asian Games silver in the C2 200 m (Jakarta-Palembang 2018).
