Aimee Fisher is a New Zealand canoe sprint paddler (born 1995). She specialises in the K1 500 m. In 2021 she won the K1 500 m world title in Copenhagen, and she also set a world-best time of 1:46.19 over the distance. A two-time Olympian, she finished fourth in the K1 500 m at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and raced the K4 500 m at Rio 2016. Her record also includes World Championships silver in 2018 and bronze medals in 2017 and 2025.
