Pauline Jagsch is a German canoe sprint paddler (born 2003). She specialises in the K2 and K4 500 m events and races for SC Berlin Grünau. At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games she won a silver medal in the K4 500 m. She also took bronze in the K2 500 m at the 2025 World Championships in Milan and silver in the K2 500 m at the 2025 European Championships.
