Tara Vaughan is a New Zealand canoe sprint paddler (born 2003). She competes in the K2 and K4 events over 500 m. At the 2024 Paris Olympic Games she won gold in the K4 500 m alongside Lisa Carrington, Alicia Hoskin and Olivia Brett, and in 2023 she took New Zealand's first-ever K4 500 m world title in Duisburg. She races for the North Shore Canoe Club.
