Lisa Carrington is a New Zealand canoe sprint paddler (born 1989). She specialises in the K1 200 m and K1 500 m, and also competes in the K2 and K4 over 500 m. She is New Zealand's most decorated Olympian, with eight Olympic gold medals and one bronze. At the Paris 2024 Games she won three golds (K1 500 m, K2 500 m and K4 500 m), having previously taken K1 200 m gold in 2012, 2016 and 2020. She is also a multiple ICF Canoe Sprint World Champion.
