Josef Dostál is a Czech canoe sprint paddler (born 1993). He specialises in the K1 over 500 m and 1000 m. He won Olympic gold in the K1 1000 m at Paris 2024, having previously taken silver in the same event at Rio 2016 and three bronze medals (London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020). A multiple ICF World Champion, he races for ASC Dukla Praha.
